Terms of Service

These terms are written in plain language on purpose. They cover your use of Vault Sphere, the app at app.vaultsphere.app and the sites it publishes, operated by Leveraged Brands.

The service

Vault Sphere lets you open a folder of markdown notes in your browser, explore it as a 3D world, and optionally publish it as a hosted site. The service is provided as is, without warranties. We work to keep it fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Your content

• Your notes are yours. Publishing gives us only the permission needed to host and serve the site you asked us to publish.
• You are responsible for what you publish. Do not publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is used for spam or malware distribution.
• We may remove published sites that violate these terms or the law, and we will tell you if we do unless the law prevents it.
• You can delete a published site at any time, which removes its content from our storage.

Accounts

An account (an email address) is only required to publish. Keep access to your email secure; sign-in links sent to it control your account.

Billing

The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is $8 per month billed annually, or $10 month to month, plus any applicable sales tax or VAT, handled by our payment provider, Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal in the app. You can cancel any time and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails or a subscription ends, your account returns to the Free plan and sites beyond the Free limit stop being served, but nothing is deleted without notice.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will note the change on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
